Instructions
- Mash the avocado half in a small bowl.
- Add the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Everything Bagel seasoning. Mix to combine.
- Toast your bread of choice.
- Top each piece of toast with the avocado mixture and spread it evenly.
- Add the cottage cheese on top of the avocado.
- Drizzle honey, hot honey, or balsamic glaze on top of the cottage cheese.
- Finish it off with an extra squeeze of lemon and Everything Bagel seasoning.
