Thanksgiving Pilgrim Hat Cookies are a fun and festive treat perfect for the holiday season. These no-bake cookies combine peanut butter, white chocolate, fudge-striped cookies, and Reese’s cups for a delicious and adorable dessert.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 24 fudge-striped cookies
  • 24 Reese’s dark chocolate miniature cups
  • Red, orange, and yellow mini M&Ms

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking tray or cutting board with parchment paper.
  2. Melt peanut butter and white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl on a low or defrost setting, stirring often until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Place fudge-striped cookies striped side down on the parchment paper.
  5. Pipe a small circle of the melted mixture onto each cookie.
  6. Place a Reese’s miniature cup upside down on top of the piped mixture, pressing gently to form a hat band.
  7. Press a mini M&M onto the hat band as a buckle.
  8. Let the cookies set completely, or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to speed up the process.
