  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 bag (12 oz) wide egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot for egg noodles.
  2. Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease.
  3. Whisk gravy mix with water and add to beef. Stir in mushroom soup and sour cream.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water, then drain.
  6. Mix noodles and parsley into beef mixture.
