Ingredients
1 pint strawberries, rinsed and dried
8 oz white melting chocolate
1 oz dark or milk chocolate (for faces)
Parchment paper
Instructions
1. Rinse strawberries and pat dry completely.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3. Melt white chocolate slowly over low heat, stirring constantly.
4. Dip strawberries by the stem, dragging to form ghost tails.
5. Let set on parchment until hardened.
6. Melt dark chocolate and pipe on ghost faces.
7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
For smoother chocolate, add a teaspoon of coconut oil.
Do not use frozen strawberries.
Store in fridge up to 48 hours.
