Ingredients
16 ounces Refried Beans, canned
16 ounces Guacamole
16 ounces Salsa
1 ¾ cups Sour Cream
1 Packet Taco Seasoning (1 ounce)
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
¼ cup Diced Tomatoes
¼ cup Diced Green Bell Pepper
2.25 ounces Sliced & Drained Black Olives, canned
Plastic Spiders (optional)
Instructions
1. In a 2-quart round casserole dish, add a layer of refried beans and spread until smooth.
2. Follow with a layer of guacamole.
3. Measure ¼ cup of sour cream and set aside for topping later. Mix the remaining sour cream with taco seasoning and spread over the guacamole.
4. Add salsa as the next layer.
5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the salsa.
6. Pipe the reserved sour cream into a spider web design on top.
7. Add diced tomatoes, bell peppers, and sliced olives around the edge.
8. Place olive spiders on the web. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Best served within 24 hours for freshness.
Customize with jalapeños or pico de gallo.
