Ingredients

  • 1 oz. packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 slices bacon (sliced, cooked, and drained)
  • 1 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Add the chicken thighs to the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.
  3. Place the cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours without opening the lid.
  5. Shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks.
  6. Stir the cooked cream cheese into the shredded chicken and mix in the bacon.
  7. Spread the mixture evenly and sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Cover and let sit for 10 more minutes to melt the cheese.
  9. Serve over rice, baked potatoes, or sandwich rolls.
  10. Garnish with sliced green onions.
