- 1 package (30 oz) frozen hash browns
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 12 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
- In a large bowl, mix together the hash browns, sausage, cheddar cheese, onion, bell pepper, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden on top.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
