Ingredients

- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
- 12 oz evaporated skim milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups sliced peaches
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine flour, oats, cinnamon, salt, and sugar in one bowl.
- Slowly mix in the milk, butter, and vanilla until combined. Fold in the peaches.
- Liberally spray the inside of an 8-inch by 8-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Pour batter into pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream, yogurt, or desired topping.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen peaches for best results.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
