  • 2½ cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Dice the chicken and season with 1 tsp Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken until browned, then set aside.
  3. Sauté garlic, add broth and rice, then simmer covered for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Stir in cream, Parmesan, cooked chicken, and remaining seasoning.
  5. Adjust salt and pepper, then serve hot.
