Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into an 8 or 9-inch pie plate and refrigerate.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla.
- Gradually add heavy cream while mixing, then whip until thick and light.
- Pour filling into the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
- Top with pie filling or whipped cream before serving.
