  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup sliced celery

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add red potatoes and cook until tender but firm, about 15 minutes.
  3. Drain, cool, and chop potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
  4. Boil eggs for 10 minutes, then cool, peel, and dice.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour dressing over potatoes and mix with eggs and celery.
  7. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
