Ingredients

- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2–3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill or parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the salmon fillet in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh dill or parsley before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh salmon fillets.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or rice.
