Ingredients

Scale

2 medium Oranges

150 g (1 cup) Blueberries

150 g (1 cup) Grapes – quartered

Instructions

1. Slice the top off each orange in a zig-zag motion.

2. Run a small knife around the inside to loosen the flesh.

3. Scoop out the flesh and set aside.

4. Carve simple Jack-O-Lantern faces into the oranges.

5. Fill each orange with blueberries and quartered grapes.

6. Replace the top and serve.

Notes

You can swap oranges for grapefruit to make larger lanterns.

If you don’t want to carve, let kids draw faces with a marker for extra fun.

Brush carved edges with lemon juice to prevent browning.
