Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook sausage until browned (5–7 minutes).
  3. Add sweet potatoes and cook for 5 minutes to soften.
  4. Whisk honey, garlic, soy sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Pour sauce over sausage and sweet potatoes. Stir well.
  6. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
