- Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 slices of whole wheat bread
- Lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Add shredded chicken, grapes, celery, green onions, and parsley in a mixing bowl.
- Stir in Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, and garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread filling on 4 bread slices.
- Top with lettuce and close with remaining bread.

- Use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
