Ingredients

  • 3 cups cherries (washed, pitted, and chopped)
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 3/4 cup ground oats
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp water
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash, and pit cherries.
  2. For the crumble: Mix almond flour, oats, coconut oil, maple syrup, salt, and water in a bowl.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  4. Line a small baking pan with parchment paper. Spread 1/3 of the crumble mixture on the bottom.
  5. Layer cherries on top, then add the remaining crumble mixture, shaping it with your hands.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with milk for breakfast or vanilla ice cream for dessert.
  8. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat or enjoy cold.
