A fun and healthy Halloween Fruit Salad packed with spooky fruit shapes like pumpkins, ghosts, and bats. Perfect for kids and parties.

Ingredients

2 Passion Fruit

1 Apple

2 Pear

½ Bottle Soda Water

2 Kiwi

1 punnet Blueberries

1 punnet Grapes

1 punnet Blackberry

4 Satsumas

2 slices Cucumber

1 Pineapple

1 Cantaloupe Melon

1 Honey Dew Melon

½ Watermelon

1 tub Edible Cake decorations (for eyes)

Instructions

1. Slice apples and pears into thin slices and soak in soda water.

2. Peel melons and pineapple, then cut into slices lengthwise.

3. Use Halloween cookie cutters to create shapes from melon and pineapple slices.

4. Chop leftover melon and pineapple into chunks.

5. Prepare kiwi, satsumas, grapes, blueberries, and blackberries.

6. Layer melon and pineapple chunks on a platter.

7. Arrange cut-out Halloween shapes on top.

8. Use smaller fruits to support shaped pieces.

9. Add edible eyes using cocktail sticks.

10. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

You can swap fruits for seasonal favorites.

Soak apples and pears in soda water or lemon juice to prevent browning.

Assemble just before serving for best presentation.
