- 8 oz Rotini pasta
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil salted water and cook rotini pasta until al dente (8-10 mins). Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook ground beef until browned (5-7 mins).
- Add minced garlic, cook for 1-2 mins. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer.
- Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Toss cooked rotini with sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Adjust sauce thickness with pasta water if needed.
