  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook rotini pasta until al dente (8-10 mins). Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook ground beef until browned (5-7 mins).
  3. Add minced garlic, cook for 1-2 mins. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer.
  5. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Toss cooked rotini with sauce.
  7. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.
