  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place chicken, onion, and peppers in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes.

  8. Broil on high 2-3 minutes to crisp edges.
