- 4 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz salsa
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 can black beans
- 1 packet taco seasoning
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the crockpot.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
- Shred the chicken using a hand mixer or two forks.
- Stir to combine.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use frozen chicken.
- The chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- The “Fiesta” flavor comes from the salsa and taco seasoning.
- For a creamier texture, add more cream cheese.
