Ingredients

  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup (or homemade equivalent)
  • 1 packet onion soup mix (1 ounce)
  • 1 1/4 cups water (or substitute with beef broth or red wine)
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Lightly spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Place roast in crock pot and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix soups and water in a bowl, then pour over roast.
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  5. Serve with potatoes and vegetables.
