Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 810 pepperoncini peppers
  • ¾ cup juice from pepperoncini
  • ½ cup butter, sliced

Instructions

  1. Spray a large crock pot with non-stick cooking spray or use a liner.
  2. Place diced onions at the bottom, then add chicken breasts.
  3. Sprinkle both seasoning packets over the chicken.
  4. Add pepperoncini peppers and randomly place butter slices on top.
  5. Pour pepperoncini juice over everything.
  6. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
