- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 8–10 pepperoncini peppers
- ¾ cup juice from pepperoncini
- ½ cup butter, sliced
Instructions
- Spray a large crock pot with non-stick cooking spray or use a liner.
- Place diced onions at the bottom, then add chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle both seasoning packets over the chicken.
- Add pepperoncini peppers and randomly place butter slices on top.
- Pour pepperoncini juice over everything.
- Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or sandwiches.
- Adjust pepperoncini quantity based on spice preference.
