- 4 tbsp diced sun-dried tomatoes (drained)
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon (if using wine)

- 2–3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.

- Turn chicken over and add wine or chicken broth. Season with paprika, garlic granules, and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 90 mins – 2 hours or until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Optional: Stir in cornstarch slurry 10 minutes before cooking ends to thicken sauce.
- Move chicken aside, stir in sour cream or heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and fresh parsley.
- Serve over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes.
Notes
- The name ‘Marry Me Chicken’ comes from its irresistible flavor.
- Searing the chicken first enhances flavor but can be skipped.
- Milk or half-and-half can replace heavy cream, but the sauce may be thinner.
- Add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
