- 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Mix strawberries, yogurt, honey, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Scoop 2 tbsp of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form 10 clusters.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours until solid.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave, stirring every 15-30 seconds.
- Dip each frozen cluster in melted chocolate, coating fully.
- Return to the baking sheet and freeze again until chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Use a spoon for even chocolate coating.
- Sprinkle sea salt for extra flavor if desired.
