- 1 cup sour cream

- 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 2.5-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix condensed cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and green onion.
- Stir in shredded chicken. Spread mixture into the prepared dish.
- In the same bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the casserole.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until topping is golden brown and casserole is bubbly.
