- 8 ounces whole wheat fusilli pasta or your favorite pasta shape
- 12 ounces cooked chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 romaine lettuce heart, chopped (about 8 ounces)
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes, halved
- ¾ cup croutons
- ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 batch Homemade Caesar Dressing
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Cut cooked chicken breasts into bite-size pieces.
- Prepare the Homemade Caesar Dressing if needed.
- Add the cooled pasta to a large serving bowl. Top with chicken, romaine, tomatoes, croutons, and Parmesan.
- Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss to combine. Serve cold or at room temperature.
Notes
- Use leftover chicken or cook fresh chicken using your preferred method.
- Adjust dressing quantity to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
