- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 4 thin chicken breasts or 2 thick ones cut in half
- salt and pepper
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 2 cups broccoli florets steamed
- 6 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the pan and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic cloves.
- Place the broccoli over top of the chicken. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over top of the broccoli. Finally, sprinkle everything with the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
- Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and the chicken is cooked to temperature.
Notes
- Use fresh broccoli for the best texture.
- Check chicken internal temperature with a meat thermometer (165°F).
- Let the bake rest for 5 minutes before serving.
