Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the chicken until browned, about 5 minutes, then remove from the pan.
  4. Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Stir in chicken broth and rice, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, parmesan cheese, chicken, remaining Italian seasoning, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
