- 1/4 tsp garlic powder

- For the Wraps:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Slices of dill pickle (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Special Sauce:
- Mix mayonnaise, chopped pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Refrigerate while preparing the rest.
- Cook the Beef:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté onion until soft.
- Add ground beef, breaking it into pieces. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Cook until browned and fully done. Drain excess grease.
- Assemble the Wraps:
- Warm tortillas slightly for easier folding.
- Spread a thick layer of sauce on each tortilla.
- Add cooked beef, shredded lettuce, cheese, and pickle slices (if using).
- Wrap and Serve:
- Fold sides of the tortilla and roll tightly.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- Store leftover sauce in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Use fresh tortillas to prevent tearing.
- For a crispier wrap, lightly toast before serving.
