- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1⁄2 tsp salt
- 1⁄2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried Italian seasoning. Mix well.
- Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove skillet from heat and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
