  • 1⁄2 tsp salt
  • 1⁄2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  3. Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Remove skillet from heat and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chicken.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
