  • ½ cup toasted pecan pieces (53 g)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉.
  2. Toast pecan pieces in a pan until fragrant, then cool.
  3. Peel, core, and chop apples into ½-inch pieces.
  4. Cream butter and sugar, then mix in egg until fluffy.
  5. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix just until combined.
