- 1 egg

- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup chopped apple pieces (100 g)
- ½ cup toasted pecan pieces (53 g)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- Toast pecan pieces in a pan until fragrant, then cool.
- Peel, core, and chop apples into ½-inch pieces.
- Cream butter and sugar, then mix in egg until fluffy.
- Add flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix just until combined.
- Fold in apples and pecans.
- Press batter into a buttered 8×8 baking dish.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with ice cream.
