- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1 pound mild breakfast sausage
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a skillet, brown the breakfast sausage over medium heat, then drain any excess grease.
- Spread the crescent rolls evenly across the bottom of your prepared baking dish.
- Layer the cooked sausage on top of the crescent rolls.
- Pour the beaten eggs evenly over the sausage layer.
- Generously sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
